Redmi recently launched Redmi Note 8 and Note 8 pro in China.

Highlights:

The Redmi Note 8 comes with Snapdragon 665 SoC and octa core processor. The phone is powered by 4000mah battery whic supports 18 watt fast charging. It features 4 Quad Cameras on back wiz. 48 +8 +2 +2 MP and 13MP camera at the front. The phone is packed with MIUI 10 based on Android 9 Pie.

Review:

Redmi note 8 is updated version of redmi note 7s. This phone kinda fell premium. It have a quad camera setup on the back which looks beautiful. Although phone lacks sAMOLED display and front fingerprint. But it did quite well in the market. I have spent less than 24 hours with the Redmi Note 8. The choice of material and build quality in front and back just shows how much the company has evolved since the days of the Redmi Note 3. The smartphone takes on Realme 5, which was the first to bring quad camera setup to Rs 10,000 price. Redmi only tries to make it better by using a 48-megapixel sensor. In a nutshell, Xiaomi is killing the 3GB RAM variants seen in this price point. It is bringing 48-megapixel camera to more consumers and making budget phones premium. 

If you can expand your budget a little bit go for redmi note 8 pro. Though it's also a good smartphone.
